Last couple of days I'm finding it a hassle to make and eat dinner. Not really hungry but I know I will be by bedtime and have issues sleeping. I've adjusted my eating to include a higher ratio of plants to meat and I've shrunk my meat portions down closer to the normal serving size. Not finding myself hungry even after doing this.
