I'm a bit disappointed with myself. I didn't pay attention the past couple of months. Here is the good thing. Last weigh in I was wrong, I didn't loose as much weight as I thought I did. I read the scale wrong. I lost Internet connection and couldn't really update anything online. I just got an itouch and found the app for the site. I think it so much easier now because I can track on the go and not really worry bought writing it down on paper.
