Back to heat and humidity today. It was 84 degrees when I went out this AM. Managed to get 3.1 miles in but poor doggies only got to go less than a mile, as I felt it was getting too hot for them. But, they always enjoy whatever walk time they can get.

Lots and lots of housework to be done today.

Most of the food for the weekend is already determined, but I've got steaks to marinade and chicken breasts to thaw for a new recipe. It's fish tonight and chicken leg quarters on Sunday, so the other 2 will be for Saturday and Monday. I've never actually cooked spinach, so I'll have to do a bit of research to see how I'm supposed to handle that big bunch of leaves (the spinach and some feta cheese get stuffed into chicken breasts).
