Rats, totally blew it yesterday, and failed to cram an apple in on top of all the junk I ate so I failed the challenge on only day two :-( But I'll carry on with it and complete the rest of it. It seems like, having set myself the 50lb goal, I'm now just sabotaging myself. Yesterday I blame being worried about Melissa, home from Spain with a badly twisted ankle, and spending most of the day at home with her, too much junky temptation calls from the kitchen when you're just sitting around with tv or a book. I didn't even make it out for a walk to mitigate things even ever so slightly! I haven't entered it all on yesterday's food diary, but I will, there's no point in denial, and hopefully will be back on the wagon today...
