Have a mentioned how much i love that restaurants have their nutritional info up on their websites! We had boston market catered to the office today for lunch and I managed to eat really well and stay under 400 calories for lunch! woooohoooo

I love that too. I started looking at website menu's before we go out to eat so I know what I'm going to choose and can plan on my diary.

So do i! I also use the iphone app and enter what i ate in as soon as i finish...the boyfriend finds it kind of annoying that im always updating while were eating but if i don't do it then i'll forget!
