no appetite here lately,but it's not having any effect on my metabolism. i feel great;i'm just not hungry. what are the chances of me retaining fluid,therefore gaining weight i wonder? i have been drinking only water except in the morning when i drink my coffee,and that's before i exercise so maybe it won't do anything.
