Went back out walking today, albeit a bit slower. I've been averaging slightly over 3mph, but today, it was only between 2.5 and 2.75 mph. Still, I went 3.3 miles and just divided up the distance equally in the Exercise Calendar and figured up the time to enter based on that (had to wake up my math skills). My knee doesn't have that twinge today, but doesn't want to be extended forward fully just yet. Still, it feels a lot better than yesterday and seemed to feel better the longer I went, which is why I just kept on walking.
The hungries came back last night, but it was pretty late. I had a small breakfast sausage before I went to bed (just added it to my breakfast listing for yesterday).
