You know in the past I thought there was no way I could eat less than 2000 calories and not be hungry all the time. However in the last week or so I have done that. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't been feeling the best or just because I have been listening to my body better. I haven't really been eating until my stomach is actually growling. I'm going to see where this goes in this experiment.
