I've been hungry often this week and did not keep my commitment to myself not to eat more than one brownie a day. (One day I ate two.) I also ate three and a half donuts. The brownies are gone now and I only have one more donut; so I do not plan to buy anymore and hopefully that will help. This week I will commit to walk more and drink more water. So I'm disappointed with myself; but real glad I stayed the same in weight. I still have the right mind set most of the time; so I still believe my goal is reachable. Right now I'm looking forward to getting below the 200 mark.
