Ok it's been almost a month since I have been on. Bad, bad me! I have not been terrible but I have not been great either! Even after the stomach bug I still managed to keep 2lbs off but need to really get on this thing. I am down to 1 year before we start trying for children so I need to get serious. I have been eating mostly salads for supper at night and not eating what I make for my husband but need to get to the gym more. Our evenings are so full that we make it Friday, Saturday and Monday evenings but the other 4 are shot so I am putting it in my calendar, phone and computer, that I will workout Tuesday-Thursdays at lunch. I have no excuse, the gym is like 1/8 of a mile from my office. With the weather cooling off I can even start walking their...our temps have been over 100 degrees all summer. It is the hottest SC summer on record.
Time to get on it!
