hi guys, im back from school but with bad news, although my grades are great my weight is terrible, ive gained a whopping 5kg bringing me up to 67-68kg, its all been my fault. its really hard to diet in school and my workout routine has gone out the window, but im back with a vengeance, im gonna lose 20 kg in the next 4 months with a strict diet and workout. lets do this.
