So, here I am...yeah I did loose weight last week..crazy shit but I feel of course bloated and making bad choices this week...and it's the crimson tide again. But today is a new day and I think with all the planning and party for my mom behind me I can focus on me...and...my weight loss. It sounds like it's my companion or something. Yes, we've been together for 45 yrs and I wanna divorce haha. I must be nuts!!! I'm starting to count everything again and not gonna weight in till next wednesday, will not even step on my scale...I know it's gonna be great...pictures at my moms party really made me see how much I looked like a big hawaiin moomoo...it was a luau...great time,great people,great memories and great big me....ok enough bashing...It's new leaf time and I'm ready to get back on track...RIP Aloha Mommy...I will miss your squeezing huggs!!!

At least you realize that eating junk makes you feel ucky. Remember that feeling next time you get tempted. Once you start liking the way that healthy food makes you feel, you will be well on your way to a total lifestyle change. Don't worry about your weight much during your period. I've seen people fluctuate as much as 5-10 lbs during that time.
