My hips felt uncharacteristically achey and rickety today, if that makes any sense, but walked 3 miles anyway, 1.5 w/dogs and 1.5 w/o.
Stayed up late last night reading over on the Atkins site an interesting couple of threads about calories. Even their nutritionist chimed in a bit.
Very interesting discussion I'd recommend to anyone and it seems to parallel another discussion a couple years back on another low carb site, as well.
