BACK IN THE YELLOW!
Woohoo! I'm now back in the yellow which feels GREAT! I ended up losing (and so far, keeping off) NINE POUNDS from the 7 Day Shakeology Challenge! I feel so great. Very energized and enthusiastic and ready to do more! I have been having some family issues (grandma sick with cancer) as well as went back to school this week so it would be really easy to just give up on the exercise thing and just do whatever but I know how important it is that I stick to it! I am continuing with my goal of doing P90X this semester and, although the foot is still sore and gives me some limitations, I WILL succeed with my goal!
