Sometimes it is so difficult to do the right thing, I've been struggling with eating in the middle of the night too. Lately I've managed to fight it off by drinking a cup of green tea when the urge to eat hits. I also try to do something constructive since I'm awake anyway. I know you will get control, look at all that you have accomplished so far. You CAN do this.

Thank you so much...I have just started doing hot water at night instead of snacking... I'll see how that works...I just can't believe how hard it is to lose and how easy it is to gain... It's so not fair

There’s absolutely nothing easy about dieting, I feel your pain. You are definitely not alone, there’s a whole bunch of us on this app. Hopefully by letting people support you on this app and all around you, it will get better. I’m new to FS, and people have welcomed me openly withGreat amount of support. And I’m sure they will do the same for you. So just keep going you can do this.

I also go to hot tea as shirfleur suggested, my favorites are Bengal spice from celestial season and candy cane green tea from trader joes, both decaffeinated.
