Always gain it all back over the darn weekend! LOL. That's ok...I didn't track my food like I should have and did Ok I guess but did consume some alcohol. Worked outside in the yard a lot and missed the treadmill on Saturday, but gave it double duty on Sunday!!! Back at it again for the week!
