So far has been a really good day today. Woke up at 4:00AM and at a bowl of Special K Cereal with blueberries, as well as had a half of serving of Superpump in order to get ready fot the gym.
At the gym I ended up doing 30 mins on the treadmill, then did three sets of squats, then did calf dips, then lunges, and shoulder shrugs, then obleqes, and that was it this morning. Went home and relaxed for a little bit, then went into work. But as far as my eatting is concerned, I am doing really well right now, trying to keep eating a little something every three hours or so. We shall see what the results look like tomorrow.
