Well back from wet Wales, and seeing my mum, Bless her she was on good form. Mind you, she did insist on cooking us meals, and even though I said I was eating a very low carb diet, she wasn't listening. So not looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow, But tomorrow is another day, And I'll start afresh!!
