Another pound down. If life were fair, I OUGHT to lose that pound with everything I did yesterday. I hope this loss holds as it will put me exactly on track for the Christmas Challenge. Woke up with a splitting headache, however, which might mean I'm dehydrated from all the work yesterday, even tho' I thought I was taking in enough water. I'll try to get some extra water in today, even if the scale goes up tomorrow. Dogs and I had a rain-shortened walk today - only .8 miles - but I'll see if I can squeeze in some more in between rain systems. Have a good weekend all.
Sure enough, I was able to resume and finish my walk before all the rest of the rain moved in. So, another 3.1 miles (total) logged in.
