I got a new digital scale. That being said, I did lose 4 lbs this week. The problem is I started this journey about 5 lbs heavier than I thought. Bottom line is I will be a little longer on my journey to my goal than I thought. Because this is a lifetime of changing habits, the end goal is to stay healthy with better nutrition habits and energetic movements for years to come. :D
