Trying for a fresh start. If I am not fully committed to eating low carb then I am gaining. I recommitted 11/1/19 and have been ever so slowly losing what I gained eating by real world standards. As I get older I have more aches and pains which does not make me happy! I walked the mile to meet my daughter for lunch yesterday. The pub where we met made me a wonderful Caesar salad. Today I used a DVD. Trying for a goal of exercise 5x a week. I am only weighing once a month. I find I get too discouraged if I weigh more. I’m trying and some days that is enough!
