Hooray for 3 pounds down this week! I'm not being strict on the phase 1, as this never worked for me before- the modified 1 1/2 is much better, and easier on the lifestyle. Keeping salad and raw veggies in 2x daily DEFINATEly helps out and keeps me on track! Now I need to add in MORE exercise. Going to Canada for the next 9 days- it will be tough living in a hotel and eating out, but we are packing a lot of our own food, and there's a fitness center at the hotel which I intend to spend lots of time at!! wish me luck!
