I wasn't going to weigh in again until next year, but I stepped on the scales this morning for the last time before I go off on holiday, and the scales gave me a nice present :) 90.5kg Pretty happy with that !! Anybody that tells you that exercise is the key to losing weight needs a good uppercut to the jaw, it's food. I was always told it was about 80%food and 20% exercise, but it's more like 955food (or higher !!). Sure the gym is good, it will speed thing sup, it will tone areas, it will increase fitness etc.. but for sheer weight loss, it's all about food intake !! And none of this diet crap either, no atkins, no keto. It's all about calories in !! If you eat 1000 calories a day (or less) you WILL lose 1kg a week. How you make up those calories is up to you. That's all I've been doing, and I've lost nearly 30kg in just under 6 months ! Anyway enough ranting, last day of work, and then 2-3 weeks of solid drinking in Cambodia :) Hopefully I come back with only 1 or 2 kg more ;) Have a great xmas and new year !! Small serves of pudding ;)
