This week has been quite stressful coming back to work. I have had a headache since Saturday, I am involved in interviews for a position at my agency and due to budget cuts I have to let one of my employees go. =( I really wanted to drown it in chocolate but then decided that would just add to the stress.
I am starting to wonder if my headache is actually due to spring allergies and the fact that my family eats out a lot and we don't. So I probably ate way more sodium than needed and not always the best food. Hoping that all the water I am drinking this week will help flush that out.
