Yay!!! I'm down another pound! Whoo Hoo!!!
Last night I made my baked tilapia but instead of using the Progresso bread crumbs like I did before, I sprinkled a little milled flax over the top (along with the butter). I think I need to add a little salt and pepper to it next time, but it was actually really tasty!!!!!
The challenge will be this weekend as I have two parties to go to. After seeing the results so far, I don't want to screw things up! I will eat before going to both and I'll bring my big jug of water/crystal light with me to sip on in case I get tempted with sweets. Wish me luck! :)
