Well, I really messed up my diet today. I was a little stressed today. I had my Cardiology Appointment today. So far, everything is cool, but it still stressed me out. So, I had Wendy's for lunch. Well, tonight I will have a salad; and plan on doing 3 miles on the treadmill when the little one is asleep. I hope I didn't do too much damage with the Wendy's stuff. While I'm eating it, it is sooooooo good. An hour later, I feel yucky. I don't know if it is a mental thing, or this food really makes me yucky. I do know that I always beat myself up over letting myself eat that way. Ok, it's in the past. Moving on! --Julie

I wonder if we feel yucky because of all the fat in it? Or the fact that we have been eating so healthy and slip and eat crap? I ate at TGI fridays last night. I chowed down on Sesame chicken, a cobb saldad and some pasta. But when I totaled my points...holy cow!!!! You are almost at your goal! Good luck.

you have the right idea...just learn from it and move on...the yukkie feeling is your body saying "what the"...we are not supposed to be eating this...lol...
