These past one or two months have been really tough. I have to really watch what I eat every time I put something in my mouth I have to make a conscience calculation as to whether or not I'm hungry? Bored? Angry? etc... I feel good and don't feel hunger but it has just been so arduous. 9 more lbs to go until I have to just focus on maintenance. What a pleasure that will be knowing how many calories I need to maintain my weight. Hopefully I will learn what that is reasonably fast so I don't have to count calories.
