I can sure understand not feeling good about gaining weight back and my doc said it really is bad to yo-yo, so I understand your frustration and feelings. Did you know that the new recharged book says that if you have less than 20 lbs to lose or find it difficult to stick to a strick 100% phase 1 that its okay to just do phase 2. You might not lose weight as fast on phase 2 but it could be better if you feel deprived on phase one. Having a glass of of wine is fine on phase 2. Maybe you could do a modified version of phase 2 and keep the grains and fruit to a minimum ?? just limit yourself. Just an idea, you probably know what works best for you since you have done such a fantastic job so far. Don't you just love South Beach?!!
