Been eating super bad lately and my body is clearly mad at me about it. My abdomen has been hurting for the past three days since the party and I've just felt so lethargic and weighted down. I know this is all my fault too and I feel really bad for just eating so awfully for the longest while here. Somehow, I need to get the motivation to start being better to myself and to eat healthier. I'm sure it's out there somewhere!
