It is hard getting back into my exercise routine, especially after a whole week at home with the kids for spring break. I think I only exercised once. I haven't really paid attention to what I am eating but I have made somewhat of an effort to record it.

Every little thing counts, so at least you try to make a conscious effort. But I feel ya on the difficulty of getting back into an exercise routine; especially after a week of "letting go". lol
