I've been away a few days..sorry. I was recovering from having three teeth pulled and my jaw realigned...not fun. The whole process had me on a full carb kick. Last night I was out to dinner with my Hubby and informed him I was disillusioned with my weight and myself. I took steps to rejoin the Keto way of life, made appointments with my Dr & a nutritionist. I've changed my caloric intake back to my comfortable 1300 or below. This week scared me senseless, I was so sure I gained copious amounts of weight that I never even stepped on the scale( I ate a full one pound of candy corn & a full box of cereal in one day). The abdominal swell is horrible and all my clothes became tight, overnight it seemed. I was amazed that I had actually lost some weight (a few ounces) but the thought of gaining the weight back scared the Hell right out of me. So I'm fully back and committed to losing the balance of this weight. My 12th wedding anniversary Feb 14, 2020 and we are going to Vegas for a week, I fully intend not to be able to wear anything I currently own!!!! Have a Healthy Day🙋♀️ Keto on!
