Does anybody have any tips on forming good eating habits?
I’m always on the go and I find myself not eating enough calories or eating fast food and that being my only meal in a day.

I travel a lot with my work which results in my forgetting to eat a lot. Sounds like a dream for some people but the result is gaining weight anyway so I've been working really hard on eating enough. My recommendation depends on the kind of traveling you do though. For me I decided to cut back on other things in my budget so I could spend more money on quality food when I eat out. yes I know $17 serving of salmon is expensive but my health is worth it. I also try and stay at hotels with kitchens so I can get groceries and cook - Marriott residence inns even do free grocery delivery! In dire straights I travel with protein powder, jerky, canned salmon/chicken or I'll meal prep, freeze and then make sure I have access to a microwave. The above isn't as yummy as buying quality fresh meals but sometimes time or budget doesn't allow for it. Good luck and keep pushing!
