Well it seems that I try so hard and along comes a Bucks night, a wedding, a Sunday, or a Tuesday !! In this case it was the Melbourne cup. I hadn't planned on going to anything, but my boss talked me into it. 20 beers (and a 3 course dinner and pizza afterwards) and I had put on .5kg the next day :( Luckily I was pretty strict the other days, and I am very happy with 1.5kg loss this week. Unfortunately this will be my last post for about 3 weeks. I head over to Bali next week. I would like to tell you that I will be drinking only water and eating salad, and exercising every day. But I think we all know that is a lie. i will be drinking virtually my body weight in bintangs everyday, and eating whatever is in front of me :) I will try to be a little careful with the food, but it's holidays, I don;t want to be on a diet on holidays - so I wont be :) If I can come back in 3 weeks and only gain about 1-2 kg then I will be very happy :) Time will tell :)
