So everyone here is losing, losing, losing... I'm having trouble deciding on the correct "diet" for my lifestyle. (yes, I know, it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change....that's precisely why it's so difficult for me) I've decided it's time to do something again. I'm just having trouble creating an action plan for it to work. I don't think I could handle yet another failure on my part to make this happen.

It's hard so say. For me I generally eat pretty healthy and I am trying to go gluten free b/c I have endometriosis and it cramps up my stomach. But, I eat pretty good and exercise a fair amount and after our months I'm still not losing. It's upsetting only b/c I want to lose but as far as my eating I love eating the way I do. I guess for me it has to be about being healthy and not all about losing. Hope you find what you are looking for.
