Another wet blanket day. It's cloudy, off-and-on rain, warm-ish in the upper 80's. I decided to sleep in this AM and give both the doggies and myself a day off from walking. I did a full 3 miles at one time yesterday and I was feeling it. I've been doing over 2 miles every day this week to try and push the weight loss a bit more. So, my body probably will appreciate a bit of rest today. While I'm not a calorie-counter, I know that I need to be a bit more careful of what I eat on days that I'm not exercising. Who knows....maybe I'll do a quick program on the Stairmaster later today.

Today is just a quiet day. Mostly, I'll be doing a lot of paperwork and possibly dog grooming - my Collie boy needs it! Oh, and then there's the toenail clipping, as both dogs are clicking on the floor these days. I'll probably color my hair as well.

Weight loss is holding steady at 200 and change for the 4th day in a row.
