I felt so sassy today! seriously, my Sappy Pants are up to my armpits! I have a lot of energy, i am more focused, and just feel happier. :)
Rockin' it! I felt great again today. ran for 30 minutes (and basically enjoyed it, but i got kinda bored). Had a kick-ass climbing sesh where I sent a few projects, and did all of the commuting by bike. I also managed to get 20 minuted to go and walk around the beautiful Japanese garden and just chill out. yesssssssssss
food was also great today, i'm really focusing on portion control and not eating after 6 pm. it's kinda hard because i've been asked out on lots of dates recently, and so finding ways to avoid eating restaurant fod is tricky. but usually i suggest a physical activity like climbing, biking, or a walk and then go and grabbing a beer. that seems to work well.
I have a crazy busy week, but I;m making exercise one of my top priorities. GRRRRRAAAA! why is it so hard to keep on top of everything!? it's like life's a hydra: as soon as you finish one thing about 6 more pop up in it's place. what's with that?!
ok, goin' in for class number 4 today. woohoo!
