Just a heads up and a reminder. Check your food and check again every once in a while. I get chicken wings from a grocery store about twice a week and for a long time they were non breaded. Well a few weeks ago I didn't notice they started selling flour coated wings instead of the non breaded ones. I make garlic butter and dump it over mine so I didn't notice the difference. My son doesn't pay attention and didn't notice. I found out today when they had to make more wings for us and I asked for more of the non breaded ones. I won't be getting their wings anymore (shame, my mom eats the riblets from there and I don't have to cook separate meals and it's fill the container and I can get a ton in there.) I've been trying to figure out why my weight loss stopped (didn't gain but still I didn't lose). I have the blood meter test thing but I only use it when adding new foods to see if they affect my ketones and not on a regular basis. I hope a fast can get me back on track. Let's see how long I can last this time. So far 24 hours has been my max and I'm going to push for longer than that.
