Today i decided to move on, transform my body Now i'm with 93kg and 1,71m made a few search on the internet and now im here w/ this plan to lose 13~15kg, losing fat and mantein the muscles. Today begins my journey to a better body, every day i'll post every meal, everything. I'm a student, 21 years old, studying to become a jet pilote, this is a big step to me, first, to give me focus on my main objective. Diet + study + weight training , Hope give me sucess in this year.
