I was going to water fast today but I woke up incredibly nauseous (like couldn't keep my head up and 90bpm resting heart rate kind of nauseous) and decided against it for my own good. It's not the end of the world, I'm still losing weight, but I'm disappointed that my first fast day was so much of a failure. Let's just hope that next time is better! I'll restrict for the rest of the day like I've been doing this whole time as to not mess up my progress too much.

I won't let this failure get the best of me!
