I am finding it hard to believe that today is a week that I have been a carb slinger. :) it seems like yesterday that I started. honestly! I thank God for his help this is week. I pray that God continues to guide me through this life change. I am loving the results...I was bouncing on the 250 Mark.. today I am bouncing on the 240.. it's so surreal..I have to give a big shot out to my fellow carb slinger, tubby.. I am thankful to God for my friendship with you..
