ok...so here I am months later from my last entry..And I'm pretty much at the same stage.
I feel like such a failure.. just look at my weight history, can it be any less stable!
and thats what puts me off..
because I just feel that no matter what I do I will end up back where I started..
This time I want it to change.
And I'm not going to do some crazy one week strict diet and lose 5 pounds and gain 6 the next week.
