Was out of town the end of the week and got home late last night. For the first time in a very long time I ate more calories than I burned both Friday and Saturday. A lot of that has to do with the fact that we sat in seminars all day Friday and Saturday, not to mention the 6 hour drive there and back. You know what?? It's okay. I enjoyed the food I ate, because in our small town we don't have restaurants like that. So today I am back at it and looking forward to my workout. I am also looking forward to getting back to my healthy eating today.
