Have a good night. Getting back on schedule is so hard but so important. 

strange- Keep in mind the big picture what you really want....if you want it you can do it. we are all here to cheer you on ...we are all doing the same thing... different numbers, different reasons but all with the same end... fell better, look better , eat better and hopefully weight less .... we are here for you !
