well today ought to be interesting. my sister who is picking me up at airport has not seen me in a year and has no idea I have lost45+ pounds. the reaction should be very interesting. I am not the nervous type but the anticipation I am feeling it. all in a good way!

Well it went kinda interesting. At first no comment then about an hour later is "wow you lost a lot of weight....you ok?". Then people were asking me how I did it. I mentioned this app and stuff I was doing. Have to admit I went a little bit " off the wagon " on my visit but was still able to find a place to workout. Plus I was in Manitoba at the height and in the middle of that storm that went thru. Never seen such damage in all my life from a storm

Well just finished at the Gym. Only added a pound when I was away. Really happy with that considering I was "off the wagon" for the week. Today.... Back to my routine. Tad bit hard but just have to think twice before "just eating". Come to far to ever go back to where I was! Thanks for everyone" s support. It does help!
