Getting ready to tailgate with some friends at the USF Bulls game. I have to remember to keep reapplying my sunscreen. I do not need another lupus flare up. Hopefully I can find a snack or two to bring. I forgot most of them at my mom's. Oops. I think I have some nut packs here. Otherwise my day will consist of 2 burgers and that's it. Maybe I have some grill worthy veggies in the fridge/freezer. The stadium does not sell any keto friendly food. When they put PDQ in I had hope but the menu is so limited that I soon lost it. Tested my ketone levels this morning. I was still in ketosis at 1.8. Well hubby is screaming outside (he's loading the car) so I should go and check.
