Why: Stuck to my diet
Journal: Hooray! I finally hit my 10 percent goal for WW! I gave into my taco craving last night and still lost. I did a 5K this morning before my meeting in hopes of evening it out. I feel really satisfied....I got a key chain ring from WW at my meeting. I love those meetings. They help me more than I ever could have realized.

Journal: My scale actually says 139, but I don't trust it to be accurate. I don't think I'll be posting my weight until my next true WW weigh in. I've decided to just stay at 140 on my graph to compensate for the potential inaccuracy of my scale at home. :)

Why: Am just lucky
Journal: I didn't expect to see this small drop. We'll see if it lasts. Something tells me it has more to do with water than anything else! But, it would be lovely if it stays here or goes lower, because then I've finally reached my 10% goal for WW!

Why: Stuck to my diet
Journal: Even though I've missed two weeks of meetings I still lost! I can't even begin to describe the relief I'm feeling. I've been trying really hard to eat well and work out even my time constraints with school and work. I feel even better about it because I ate some not that great food this week.....there was a birthday at work and we went out for chicken and waffles. I have such a weakness for soul food. But, even with that, I kept track of points and adjusted my eating for the rest of the day. anyway, i'm just happy i didn't gain.

Journal: I haven't been to a meeting in two weeks because meetings for the walk event. I'm glad I haven't gained, since I haven't been paying as much attention and I ate an entire plate of fries last night. However, I'm still making sure to make time for working out.....I need that for stress relief. Anyway, I'll be attending a meeting next weekend. I need my meetings, I can't do it by myself.

Why: Ate too much
Journal: went out for mexican food the night before weigh in. Went to La Pinata (my favorite place!!) for margaritas and tacos and enchiladas.....somehow I have to get over those cravings. Something to work on for next week. Plus, I didn't get to work out as much this week. BUT, I didn't gain all of the weight I lost from the previous week, so I'm still satisfied.

stress from my first week of school.
Journal: I'm not exactly sure why I lost so much weight this week. I ate all of my points and definitely used a bunch of flex points. I did get 31 activity points. I didn't eat all of those extra points, but I did eat some of them. :)

Why: started school...no time to eat, only time for coffee.
Journal: i have been eating less, but also really working to control myself. i've been given free pizza every day this week and have been able to restrict how much of it i eat.....no easy task for myself. i've been trying to fit in gym time also whenever i can, it's a good stress reliever.

Why: had half of an enchilada and a taco the night before weigh in
Journal: I'm quite disappointed. I was really good all week, but one evening of a taco, 1/2 enchilada, with some tortilla chips threw it off I guess. Even though it was all within my points and flex points. I'll do better next week. I know what not to do the night before weigh in.

Journal: I want a healthier lifestyle. My family has a history of obesity and the problems that arise because of it. I want to make sure that I am as healthy as I can be. I also want to improve my self esteem when it comes to my appearance. With time, I have become more comfortable with who I am, but I think being at a healthy weight will give me the boost I want.
