No kidding, straight off the bat this afternoon DOUBLED my PB on jumprope. It felt so good I had to go down after dinner and do more. ... the air was cold so I had to not push it as far but for aure I can feel the improvements mou t up. Hoping that one day soon the number on the IB will drop again.
