I went to a work conference over the weekend. Where we stayed had a buffet and that's where we ate. So I tried to enter my food but I know that it's probably not 100% correct. However I would like to say that compared to last year I did tons better with my food choices and how much I ate. It wasn't perfect but it's progress. I even split a desert with a co-worker, that's major progress. LOL! Hope your weekend was great.
