Feeling good! Time to change and take control! With the seasons changing and all of the Holiday meals approaching fast, my biggest thing to work on is portion control. One good tip for meat products is that a serving size is usually about the size of a deck of playing cards. Good luck everyone! 🍂🎃🍁
