I really don't know how I got from 60.7 to 60.1 kg in just one day since I skipped exercise the last 2 days and I also didn't note the calories I ate since I ate. It's true that I've been so busy with somethings that I almost forget to eat though. I think this is somewhat also attributed to the "digestive system" if you know what I mean. Let's see tomorrow :)
